Job Description

Our client is an independent, award-winning creative communications agency, working right across the health and well-being space, delivering local, international, and global campaigns for a variety of pharma clients. Their primary focus is on building and maintaining relationships whether between doctor and patient, prescriber and therapy area or agency and client. Their aim is to show how building robust relationships is key to creating a successful brand, as well as delivering innovative tailor-made solutions for all our client needs.

They are looking to hire an Senior Account Manager or a current SAM who’s ready to take on an Account Director role. This candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day running of key client accounts, helping to shape agency responses to client briefs and managing workflow through the agency and client review platforms, with support and direction from the senior team. You will be naturally curious and have a proven track record working in creative communications and healthcare to deliver impactful solutions across the marketing mix.

Your experience should include: –

  • Proficiency in Microsoft packages
  • Using project management and financial management software
  • Using client approval platforms and CRMs
  • Delivering tactical campaigns across the multi-channel and omnichannel mix (preferably Veeva and others)
  • Working in print, digital and experiential
  • 3 to 4 years of agency or client-side experience essential
  • Must have healthcare experience
  • Degree in life-science, business or marketing essential


They need someone who is knowledgeable, happy to get their hands dirty, get involved in the nitty gritty and someone who doesn’t have a big network agency mentality.  Someone to lead the team, someone who will make things happen, be actively involved with clients with a love of and experience in advertising.  They would look at someone who may has done some med comms but they must have healthcare advertising agency experience too.


  • Bonus – 3-7.5% (not guaranteed but expected)
  • Hols – 25 days plus Christmas and New Year (they shut for Christmas)
  • Extra holiday after 2 years
  • Private healthcare after probation

They are based in Windsor and ask for a minimum of 2 days in the office.  There is no parking provided but there are car parks, park and ride (about a 15 min walk in) and residential free parking outside of the main Windsor area which some people use and walk in.
