Full Time FTC within a Healthcare / Pharma Marketing Consultancy

Location: Remote, with the ability to come to the office 1 day a week, either in Richmond (London) or Southampton

Position Overview: We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Account Manager/Assistant Brand Lead.

In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing client relationships, developing brand strategies, and executing marketing campaigns. You will work closely with clients and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and exceed expectations. Experience in animal or human health is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and nurture client relationships, serving as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of brand strategies and marketing plans.
  • Coordinate and oversee the execution of marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with client objectives and brand guidelines.
  • Monitor project progress, timelines, and budgets, ensuring timely delivery of all project components.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform strategic decisions and identify growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, digital, and PR, to deliver cohesive and integrated marketing solutions.
  • Prepare and present project reports, performance metrics, and recommendations to clients.
  • Support new business development efforts, including proposal writing and pitch presentations.

Desirables:

  • 2+ years of experience in account management, brand management, or a related role within a marketing or advertising agency.
  • Experience in animal or human health is highly desirable.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Strong understanding of branding, marketing principles, and digital marketing trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Strong organisational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with project management tools.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
