SETTING PEOPLE OFF ON THEIR CAREER PATH AFTER GRADUATION
At the Bridge Consultancy we have had the privilege of recruiting graduates for a number of roles across Medcomms, Healthcare Communications and Management Consultancy within the Pharmaceutical and Healthcare industries.
Christine Ebeling Long has been a specialist in this area for a number of years, so if you are a Life Sciences graduate looking to work in pharma related marketing and communications or a business looking to recruit high calibre Life Sciences graduates speak to her, she will be delighted to try and help.
Why I am passionate about Graduate Recruitment.
When I worked in advertising I was involved in, and also managed, graduate recruitment programmes over a number of years. It was time consuming but usually great fun and also led to some long term friendships.
Since I started working in Healthcare Communications Recruitment one of my greatest pleasures and, I am proud to say, successes has been placing Life Sciences graduates in a role and setting them off on a career path in medcomms, communications agencies or management consultancies.
I love interviewing these graduates, they are always smart, resilient (often having survived doing part of their degree during Covid) and keen to expand their skills into a more creative area than their degree may have normally led them.
It’s great to see their enthusiasm for their new career but also to share in their successes. I am also keen to follow their careers moving forward to watch them develop and grow before going on to greater successes.
It’s a privilege to have a job you enjoy and one where you can help other people achieve the same result.

Christine discovered my profile and emailed me regarding a Graduate Training opportunity that I would never have normally found by myself. From start to finish, Christine has gone above and beyond to ensure that I had all the relevant information regarding the role and the company I was applying to so that I could make an informed decision whether to pursue the position. Our initial call, where we discussed my current situation, what I wanted out of the role, and my future aspirations, was really encouraging and gave me the confidence boost I needed after struggling to find a graduate role. She kept in touch throughout the process, provided me with tips on preparing for my interview, and supplied me with additional information on the company, reinforcing my decision to work for them. After the interview, we spoke, and I relayed how positive my interview experience was – Christine’s preparation was insightful and helped me ensure I put my best foot forward, and soon after I was informed by Christine that I had landed the role. I cannot recommend Christine enough to other graduates / candidates and hope others will have the pleasure of working with her in the future!
